My background.

I'm Ryan Northmore. I'm 19, studying business at Northumbria, alongside being a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.

I've been in the gym a few years now and have dealt with my fair share of trial and error. My focus is fat loss and muscle gain - helping people avoid the mistakes I made, and reach the body they actually want.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing depends on commitment length (monthly or 3-month block). I'd rather chat through your goals first and share exact numbers on the discovery call so we both know it's a fit.

How long until I see results?

Most clients see visible changes within 4-6 weeks. Real, sustainable transformations typically take 3-6 months of consistent work.

Do I need a gym?

No. I build programs for full gyms, home setups, or minimal equipment. We figure out the best plan based on what you have access to.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Beginners get the best results from coaching. I'll teach you the fundamentals from scratch - technique, nutrition, recovery - without overwhelming you.

How long is the commitment?

Coaching runs month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime.

What if it's not working?

We adjust at the next weekly check-in. That's the point of having a coach instead of an app - your plan is constantly reviewed and updated based on what's actually happening.

How do we communicate?

Everything runs through WhatsApp. Weekly check-ins, questions during the week, form reviews via video - all in one place, fast and direct.
